It is important that future development in Oriental Bay not only protect its current attractiveness but also enhance the experience of living in and visiting Oriental Bay. For that reason the Residents’ Association has been working with urban planners from the Wellington City Council to document opportunities for enhancing and protecting the desirable features of the Bay.
As the next step in the process we now seek public input. We invite you to study this summary and provide your comments, additions and alterations.

Once we have analysed your input a further summary will be circulated that will be used as a basis for discussion with the Council. We want this to be more than just a wish list. We want to ensure that Council and residents have common views as to what is important when considering future developments in Oriental Bay.
